General News:

• Changed the message newbies emit to the room when entering the world to something less magicky-looking. (Sanvean)
• Use 'wristsheath' when loading/unloading wristsheaths; 'armsheath' when manipulating armsheaths. (Sanvean)

• Liquid types fixed, some weren't giving correct color information/tastes (Nessalin)
