General News:

APM 2001 news:
  • Hopefully, everyone survived and is making their way home in order to immediately log on and play. ;)
Code News:
  • Items will now accumulate conditions as they're used to represent wear and tear on the item. Currently items will become dusty if worn or used in a sandstorm, bloody if worn over a location that takes damage, and sweat-stained if worn while engaging in exhaustive behavior.
  • Update Saturday night (changes won't go in 'til next reboot):

    1. Dusty objects require more severe weather, is less likely to take effect in the city, and will affect some items each effect instead of all top layer clothing at once.
    2. The definition of top layer clothing expanded from beyond what is covered when you look at someone for the purpose of item condition.
    3. Equipment is now bloodied when more severe wounds are suffered instead of bloodied when any damage is taken.
