• Modified header to include how to use a tilda to stop writing, per a suggestion by Naephet. (Sanvean) Addition of terrain sector to handle certain silt conditions. • Finished structural building for two elven tribes - documentation remains to be finished before possible opening. (Narlac)
• Fixed Borsail gate guards so they should lock/unlock and open/close gates as appropriate. (Narlac)
• Added new room to the Borsail estate, loaded some NPCs and tweaked some existing NPCs. (Narlac)
